David Stucky joined the firm as an associate attorney in August, 2008.He will focus his practice as a trial attorney in civil litigation and on natural resources law.While in law school, Mr. Stucky obtained a range of experiences in the legal field including externing for a federal judge and the Kansas Corporation Commission.During his undergraduate years at Bethel College, Newton, he received the prestigious Thresher Award for his senior thesis involving a cross-comparative analysis of crime rates and socioeconomic status.While at Bethel, he also served as president of a variety of organizations including the Student Activity Board and the Student Alumni Association.
